Summary: A Sun-centered story, where we explore what if the story of Sams went a different way after solar death (so any pisodes that came out after won't be included). Where we see tough relationships between family and new ones forming. A story of many sad experiences and tough subjects but also happy, calm moments between the characters. Told from the 3rd person but mostly with Sun's side of the story and how he sees it through his eyes. This didn't even feel like mha, this epilogue felt so forced. They had no romantic chemistry; nor implication, and it seems like he tried using Toga's death as an excuse to just pare Ochako with Izuku (not saying that's what he intended, but it kinda looks like it, to me at least). It doesn't look like this ending was intended, it looks like it was just added to make the DudeBros™ happy. I feel like this wasn't what Hori wanted for the ending, I think he was told to rewrite it. Like, didn't he say in interviews how he didn't like endings like this? How he didn't like that that's how Naruto ended? Wouldn't he want to not do that, especially to his own story? Sorry if this seem pretty tin foil hat of me, but I think Shonen Jump had something to do with this. And I'd argue they've been planning to do this chapters ago, maybe even the whole time; regardless of how the story was gonna go. Idk, but whatever it was, it still ended HORRIBLE

wait lol au where post-war, the jedi order does a date auction a la every cliche ever where they auction off a date night with one of their jedi generals. it's supposed to raise credits for various post-war charities as well as stoke good feelings about the order (the smear campaign was pretty effective, even if sidious died before the genocide bit)

obviously both the hero with no fear and the negotiator are put on the metaphorical chopping block. anakin is a Good Husband™️ so he clears this with Padmé first, and she laughs and agrees and wishes him luck in surviving the hoards of fans that desire him carnally. she says as a senator, she will be expected to attend and maybe even bid. they both agree that it would be way too obvious for their super secret marriage if she bids on anakin, and anakin asks her to bid on obi-wan in a spur of the moment thing.

it's just. obi-wan was really hurt aboard the invisible hand and then he was hurt again when fighting with grievous. and is anyone vetting these random people who will get to go on a date with the jedi? anyone could win!! a disgruntled separatist could win obi-wan's attention for a night and then take him on a date and then kill him!!!! under anakin's very nose!!!

anakin actually gets like. super concerned about this possibility. like super concerned. he gets padmé to promise that she will bid however much it takes to win obi-wan's hand (she is after all generationally wealthy) and she agrees because she loves him and then also follows through because she's a woman of her word.

anakin gets bid on by several people, one woman wins, it's whatever, anakin doesn't care. what anakin cares about is making sure he and this person can go to the same restaurant as obi-wan and padmé. just like. to make sure obi-wan is alright. he was looking quite flushed during the bidding? anakin is Concerned.

and anakin's poor date, who paid millions of credits for his attention, has to deal with an anakin who is obsessed with what's happening a table over and why are they laughing and are their knees touching beneath the table and maybe anakin should go over and like? break it up? his master is obviously a bit uncomfortable in all this candlelight. he looks beautiful, obviously, but he's clearly uncomfortable and he would feel better if anakin were there. obviously.

and anakin's poor date ALSO has to deal with meeting obi-wan kenobi after/during dinner because anakin can't keep in his lane, and general kenobi is downright hostile and cold to her because he's feeling incredibly overprotective at the thought of anakin having to spend time with some woman who bought him. as if he were a slave again.

Iiiits more that I speak dutch and gave the twins nicknames not really expecting anyone to ask about them:P and found it funny to consider they would rather make nicknames from numbers than decide on individual name

But as for the translation of the titles, Dutch and English are from the same language family, so they sound pretty similar, with only really two names being different. Anatomist would translate to Anatoom and Wayfarer to Reiziger; Architect and Curator are the same in both languages. In the ofical translation of the series, the name for Collector wasn't changed, anddd with all my love for Dutch, I think its better than Verzamelaar

On how everyone experiences languages, my take is that on the Isles, there is a variation of some common language with different dialects between islands that can be understood universally. With societies divided by the sea, it's a great environment for the language to differentiate, but there are Titans that are able to walk between them and communicate with, and since they are a very important part of the cultures, the language would reflect that. After the titans were gone gaps were closed by sea voyage. At least, that's how I would explain why witches from the Boiling Isles and Titan Trapper Island understood each other. Titans have their own language too, which is separate from the common tongue, but they only use it among themselves.

As for Archivists, they travel between a lot of places that don't really share a tonge or planet but still somehow communicate with mortal beings. My take on that is pretty generic: they have a magic that allows for it. In the encode-decode model of communication, it's like a spell that covers code and channel parts. The exact wording doesn't matter that much, the meaning is received. It's a bit like reading a book in another language or watching a show; sometimes you don't remember in which language it was or wording, but you still remember the information conveyed

For the comic format, language barriers don't play a very big role, mostly because everything takes place in a pretty small territory and because I write everything in English to avoid confusion:P

I don't think BEN would enjoy having a mom friend for a couple of reasons. For one, it would be too patronizing for them. It is self-sufficient; the coddling would be taken as an insult. The adolescent members don't want to be treated as kids; the same goes for the older members.

Another reason would be because these gestures would provoke a traumatic response. Even if BEN doesn't show it, they'd see it as weird and question your motives. Thinking that you'd want to do something bad to them. BEN knows this is most likely not the case, but it was better to be safe than sorry. Even if some members occasionally miss their maternal figures.

My entry with Puppet and Eclipse visiting a dimension where Eclipse met his doom... again and saved his memories into an AI form! 😄. Or second version with a scene for my fic so shhhh... 🤫 don't tell anyone.(It came out better than I firstly imagined and I am so happy i finished in time since i found out yesterday about the event and i joined the discord yesterday so i spend today almost 9 hours making this and i finnaly pushed myself to try using lighting and shadow in art. And as someone who just started recently draving with the gole to in the future be anable to draw properly i say it's a step up. Can't wait to participate in more stuff <3) (Oh and "ADS" stands for the name of my fic "A Diffrent Story" since the future of it inspired me to create this and they maybe a scene like this planed for the future.

I haven't wanted to write for a fandom in so long, my last one was F&H and the one before that was SP and that one absolutely abolished and hurt me in ways no other fandom has.

Legit since then its been a struggle to be creative, but now- interacting with some of the people here (although quite small) in the DD fandom has brought me joy and actual comfort.

It may be a small few and I may haven't integrated myself fully in the circle but so many people have been super kind and I haven't been this excited to write for a piece of media in so long its so... Refreshing.

Its so lovely, and feels good and I feel that maybe this time I can actually stay and write my piece and finally have friendly and good feedback. :)))

Was telling a friend about how I killed off the same charecter 3 times in diffrent ways in diffrent stories and that is a very bizarre thing that just keeps happening. Then I went to double check and figured out that, in another story i forgot about, I also killed them off! Not only does that make it 4 times but my only notes for them was "dead" which makes it very funny to discover
